To amend provisions within the Subdivision and Development Chapter and Mount Cardrona Station Special Zone Chapter of the Operative District Plan to amend activity areas to include a golf course, carparking and shuttle bus access to the Cardrona Ski Area, amendments to rules for Activity Areas 3 & 1 and modify the provisions to refer to the Mount Cardrona Station Design Guidelines 2017.
