Proposed Class 4 and TAB Gambling Venue Relocation Policy
QLDC is consulting on adopting a relocation policy within the current Class 4 and TAB Gambling Venue Policy. This will allow trusts to relocate their existing gaming machines (up to a maximum of 18 machines) from one licensed premises to another without the need for applying for a new licence. Relocations of gaming machines can only occur between two premises within the district. Trusts would still need to apply for approval for relocation through council and comply with the current Class 4 and TAB Gambling Venue Policy.
