By 30 April 2019	Non-residential ratepayer voter letters sent
1 July 2019	Electoral Commission enrolment letters (aka Orange Letters) sent to residents
19 July 2019	Nominations open for candidates Electoral Roll is open for inspection
16 August 2019 at 12.00pm	Nominations close Electoral Roll closes
21 August 2019	Public notice of candidate’s names
20 - 25 September 2019	Voting documents delivered
20 September - 12 October 2019	Progressive roll scrutiny, special voting period, early processing
12 October 2019	Election day – voting closes 12.00pm
12 October 2019	Preliminary results from 12.00pm
17 - 23 October 2019	Declaration of results
October/November 2019	Elected members’ swearing in ceremonies
