The site is located on the north side of Aubrey Road, Wanaka with Outlet Road running through the site. The purpose of the zone is to provide for a range of housing choices and lots sizes ranging from predominately low to medium density residential activities, and larger residential lots on the southern and northern edges, plus a neighbourhood commercial component.
