Plan Change 13 Kirimoko

The purpose of Plan Change 13 is to provide for some of the predicted future residential growth of Wanaka by changing the zoning of the land known as Kirimoko Block.  This will enable residential development and the future development of the Catholic School, while retaining the amenity values of the site and the surrounding landscape.
